Update and your questions answered
First of all, can we take this opportunity to thank you for all your kind words of support and encouragement since we made our announcement regarding our forthcoming closure of the shop in Aberdeen. It has meant the world to us and we are so grateful that you have taken the time to write and pop in and surprise us. We took quite a deep breath after we sent that letter, and it was so wonderful that one lovely lady came straight down within minutes of receiving the newsletter. As there have been many questions raised as a result of the announcement, we thought we would do a Q&A for clarity but if you have any further questions please do get in touch.

Do we have a date for closure? 26th Feb 2022 will be our last day.
Will we continue to stock supplements while we are still open? We have recently done a restock of popular products but once these are finished, we will transition you over to our new supplier which still supports us as a business.
Where can I buy my supplements from going forward? If you are an existing customer/client, you can send us a list of your supplements just as you do now by email and then we will send you a shopping cart which you can then process yourself and your supplements will be posted out from our wholesaler. This also ensures you will be continuing to support our business as we still get a small commission. So please do write to us with your orders or pop in and arrange any transition. This means you can be assured the same high-quality brands we have now in store. It is also important to ensure you are continuing the correct dosage and co factors as originally recommended. If you are a new customer, you will need to arrange a call back for advice before any recommendations can be given. Just drop us an email and someone will call you back.
Are we going to have an online shop in the future? Not really. We may have a very small selection of things that are difficult to source e.g. Eco By Sonya organic skincare which we get from Australia but that’s all.
What are our opening hours? Our opening hours haven’t changed. We are still open Tuesday to Friday 10-3.30 and Saturday 10-2.30.
Can you still phone us? We will not be having incoming calls when the shop is closed as we won’t have the landline. So, if you contact us by email, [email protected] and we will arrange a call back instead which will be at an agreed time.
How do I book a discovery call to see if Nutritional Therapy is for me? If you click this link you will be taken to the online diary to book your call. How can I arrange blood testing? We will refer you to an occupational health clinic locally to arrange this. Assured Health are based in Dyce so we can do that when required. Some of our tests are pin prick which can be done at home. But any problems, don’t worry as these can be done as venous blood draw for ease at Assured Health. There will be a small charge for doing this.
What about in person appointments? Beverley will continue to offer in person appointments until the end of February. We will then move everything online.
How can we help you as a business? Many of you have offered support and it would be lovely if you just remind people that WE ARE STILL HERE! We are open for business for the next few weeks so please do remind everyone to come and support us and to help us with our clearance. It’s a very anxious time for us as we work through everything.
If I was someone who came into the shop for advice, can I still get help? Yes! The shop may be closing but we are still here to support you. Being accessible to those who couldn’t afford a consultation was a big part of why we opened the shop. With that in mind we will be introducing a new service “Feel Good Friday” once a month where you can book a free 15minute slot to have a call with Harriette or Beverley and have a chat as you would in store. We can then continue to support you with dietary and lifestyle advice as well as recommending supplements.
