We're Mother and Daughter, Beverley and Harriette and we are passionate about helping people achieve their optimal health. As a registered Scottish Nutritional Therapist with an AFMCP (Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice) from the Institute of Functional Medicine in the USA, Beverley can support you with the latest in cutting edge research. As one of her areas of specialism is Nutritional Psychiatry, she has recently given a lecture to the Royal College of Psychiatrists on this developing field of research. Beverley has produced a number of webinars which include Natural fertility, Natural menopause and Nutritional Psychiatry. She is one of the first Nutritional Therapists to graduate from the Natural Fertility Centre, a centre of excellence in fertility nutrition.
Harriette has a background in Agriculture and advises on food sourcing and the impact of different agricultural methods on nutrient status. Harriette is our Business Manager and also works clinically as an Infant Reflux Specialist. Harriette is currently undertaking further study for a Diploma in Nutrition in Colic, Reflux and associated Allergies and Intolerances and will be training as a Tongue Tie Assessor later this year and is excited to bring this specialism to our practice.
Together we have launched the Nourishing Insights Membership Community for people to learn more about Nutrition, Food Production, Natural Health, Growing your own and so much more.
