While we completely understand that cancellations will occur due to illness and other unforeseen circumstances we would ask that where possible you give as much notice as possible when rescheduling appointments. Unfortunately in circumstances where less that 48 hours notice has been given (unless for good reason) you will be invoiced for 75% of your consultation fee. As I am sure you will understand we must allow time for people to complete pre-consultation questionnaires if we are to fill cancellation slots.
No Shows In cases where people simply don't show up for their appointments they will be invoiced for 100% of their consultation fee.
Late Policy From time to time clients will run late due to traffic etc. While we understand and will have a cup of tea waiting for you your consultation will be shorter and end at the original time.
If we are running late we apologise and this will not affect your consultation time.
