We run a number of workshops throughout the year on a range of topics including essential oils, organic farming, women's hormones, winter wellness and allergy free Christmas.
Our individual workshops offer a unique learning experience with 'Food as Medicine' at the heart of everything we do. With the latest that cutting edge Nutritional science has to offer combined with an overview of many of our lost traditions, we are able to provide an unrivalled holistic approach to optimal health and wellbeing. Classes include handouts, recipes, tastings and an extra large helping of good fun!
