Who needs Nutritional Therapy? Everyone!! We all eat, we all drink and we are all making the best out of a bad job when it comes to modern living! Let's face it, 'stress' is the default position of most of us as we work long hours, often with a long commute and we come home shattered, only to face dogs that need walking and children that need feeding, homework to be done and shirts to iron! It's no wonder that we are seduced by the supermarket ready meals and snacks which may answer our short term problems, but only create new ones further down the line as we find that these foods which are overly processed and compromised nutritionally are wreaking havoc with our health. Endless digestive problems such as bloating, indigestion, IBS and constipation are commonplace and are seen by many as the norm. Poor immune health with people facing several coughs and colds a year and mental health challenges are just a few of the issues that have come to be accepted as part of 21st century living. We work with all ages and a range of health conditions. We also offer a package rate for couples attending together for fertility support. Examples of health challenges supported: Eczema, Asthma, hayfever. Auto-immune conditions e.g. underactive thyroid, MS, Rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis. Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Inflammatory bowel disease Mental health, anxiety, depression, bipolar, Autism, ADHD, Hormonal e.g., PMS, PCOS, Endometriosis, Painful periods, fertility, menopause Cancer support Cardiovascular health, Blood Pressure, cholesterol management Weight Management Sleep Migraine Chronic sinus problems Chronic UTI/IC Meet the team![]() Beverley Sarstedt, Nutritional Therapist, BA Hons ND Dip CNM MNNA CNHC AFMCP MIFM

What do I have to do or bring to a consultation?
The consultation process involves the client completing a lengthy functional medicine questionnaire prior to attending the clinic appointment. At the initial consultation we will go through the client's medical history and health concerns in more detail. A nutritional plan will be discussed and agreed with the client and further recommendations for testing via the GP or privately may be recommended. Clients will receive a nutrition plan, lifestyle and supplement recommendations. We normally follow up with clients about a month later. |
